Landon Wade and Andrew Miller at the Springfield Country ClubCarey Casey writes in his book, Championship Fathering, that three principles will make for a successful dad: loving, modeling, coaching.

This can be best be lived out in one-on-one relationships. For us, that takes the form of mentoring, discipling and coaching. Real life changes seems to most effectively take place when two people commit to relationships and consistency therein, one-on-one.

We are currently meeting with about a dozen men on a regular basis for growth, support, encouragement, and accountability.  Great relationships are often built and established during the time and consistency.

Materials used are First Steps, The Four Priorities, Iron Sharpening Iron, Uncommon, and The Disciplines of a Godly Man.
